About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for attracting and recruiting high quality candidates for our vacancies while providing advice and support to our hiring managers to set their teams up for success.
In this highly varied role you will:
This is an 11-month fixed-term, maternity leave replacement, due to cease in July 2023. This position will require you to work 3 days per week, including Fridays. There will be flexibility to choose the remaining days.
About you
You are experienced and passionate about all thing’s recruitment, from candidate sourcing to providing a great candidate experience. You will be able to see analyse recruitment needs and think outside the box. You will have strong relationship building skills and be able to manage a variety of stakeholders. Lastly, you will be invested in our team and strive to provide the best outcomes for our services.
