Insignia Financial is one of Australia’s leading Wealth Management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation. With our acquisition of the Wealth Management businesses of ANZ & MLC our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is growing rapidly and we are looking for an experienced TA Partner to join our team.
The Role
You will source for our key enterprise projects in addition to key recruitment campaigns that are in demand in our business. You will partner with divisional People Leaders to source great talent and through various channels. We are big on guiding our People Leaders through the journey and we do it with a ClientFirst mindset from the beginning through to the end.
You will be well supported by a collaborative People & Culture team, including strong partnerships with our TA, HR Partner and Performance & Reward team to collaborate and solve talent acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for key enterprise projects and on-demand campaigns to help recruit talented individuals
- Manage projects to build our internal and external talent pipeline, such as key referral campaigns
- Work across both our direct recruitment and our contingent workforce recruitment, to source via multiple channels for key positions
- Build and maintain great relationships with divisional People Leaders to help solve their talent and sourcing opportunities, while educating and upskill them on recruitment best practices
- Work together with other TA Partners, HR Operations and other P&C teams to create seamless recruitment and onboarding experience
- Ensure all recruitment requests are actioned in a timely manner and candidates are kept up to date
- Be the brand ambassador for TA team when dealing with internal stakeholders and Insignia Financials’ brand ambassador when dealing with the external market
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of our end to end recruitment service offering
To Be Successful in This Role:
- Demonstrable success recruiting, preferably within technology and project role families
- Proven experience managing full-end to-end cycle within Financial Services TA function
- Experience with Permanent & Contingent In-House recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
- Proactive, calm and collected while under pressure, and highly adaptable to change
- Highly client focused and results oriented
