HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

In this role you will:
  • Work with the regional People & Organisational Development (HR) team, playing a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the regional people strategy
  • Cultivate a diverse range of candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools
  • Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
  • Implement recruitment strategies to find passionate candidates and support diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews
  • Conduct initial candidate engagement and screening
  • Proactively engage with candidates across construction sectors
We would love to hear from you if you:
  • Have recently completed studies in Human Resources or a related field and/or have 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks according to agreed deadlines
  • Are detail orientated and quality focused
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
