Gearing Recruitment Solutions Ltd Looking for Site Manager Water at Rochester, Medway Full Time

Site Manager, (civils, mechanical or electrical biased) required to work on a non-infrastructure water treatment and waste water upgrade projects. Ideally, you will have a strong engineering understanding with a good mechanical knowledge.

The role:

• Progress reports. 
• You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Ensuring trades teams are keeping to time and budget.
• Maintain relationships between clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors ·Supervision of in-house project labour resources
• HSEQ control and monitoring
• Liaison with the client representatives
• Identifying and planning installation resource needs for projects
• Writing Method Statements ·Writing Risk Assessments ·Liaison with line management on project performance
• Implementation of company safety, health, environmental and quality policies
• Ensuring and maintaining an acceptable quality of outputs

Requirements ·Qualified in, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering

• Must have water or waste-water industry experience
• Ability to demonstrate experience in a supervisory role
• Experience writing method statements, risk assessments and H&S
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence
