The Property Finance Manager (Investments) will provide key support to the UK&I business unit ensuring a high standard of delivery on core financial planning, reporting and Management insight processes. You’ll partner with the Property and Construction Director covering all aspects of physical store investment.

A bit about the role…

Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Property Finance, this role is responsible for the management of Capital Investment for New Store Openings. This will be achieved by business partnering the UK&I Acquisition segment leads providing performance-driving insight of New Space profitability.

• Business Partner UK&I team to help shape the delivery of the Costa Property portfolio including site appraisals to estimate profitability, performance updates, annual programme review, and oversight of capex.
• Appraise lease renewals and recommend future options with the Senior Asset and Estates Manager.
• Effective relationship and stakeholder management to ensure property P&L costs are effectively managed including budgeting and reforecasting, monthly reporting and analysis, R&O collation, and analytical support.
• Ownership and co-ordination of short and long-term planning cycles.
• Providing leadership and coaching of 1 direct report (Property Finance Analyst).
• Identification and delivery management of future business efficiency.
