The Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you excel at providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. In this forward-facing role, you will create a great first impression of our company and brand. You will also exemplify professionalism and patience and have a “people-first” attitude. This is a full-time position.
What you will be doing
Assist and greet all customers (in person and on the phone)
Book deliveries
Process payment from customers
Filing / records management
Assist Manager with any administrative tasks as assigned
Partner with sales consultants / team members to provide optimal customer solutions
To be successful in this role you must
Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
Be a quick study when it comes to computers software and systems (intermediate computer literacy is essential)
Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
Enjoy working within a diverse team
