Glacial Aggregates Inc. Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Winnipeg, MB Full Time

Job Summary

· Glacial Aggregates Inc. is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with strong people skills and a great attitude. The right candidate will be responsible for managing a fleet of 25+ trucks in the summer months, servicing customers and dealing with day-to-day issues all in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Dispatching and scaling a high volume of trucks

· Efficiently and accurately operate truck scaling software

· Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and take orders

· Procurement of new clients and business opportunities

· Provide excellent customer service (quoting, answering questions, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong people and organizational skills

· Multi-tasking, problem solving and attention to deal are a must

· Experience with Microsoft office products

· Working unsupervised, meeting deadlines & performing under pressure

· Post-secondary education in construction/logistics or related fields is an asset

· Dispatch and construction experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
