We are seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to join our company. The ideal candidate will be capable of answering phones, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and work with other departments in the company. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customer’s product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Enter orders and provide quotations to customers
• Work with systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM Program
• Handle a high workload in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
