We are looking for an experienced Marketer / Recruiter.

Job Requirements:

• Manages recruiting, orientation, interviewing, and employee files. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and PTO
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
• Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
• Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulations.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Maintains field staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Payroll Process
• Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
• Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
• Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
