• Managing your client’s requirements expertly and proactively.
• Developing new leads from competitor analysis, websites, networking, referrals and other intelligence channels.
• Attending relevant exhibitions and seminars
• Organising and attending face-to-face candidate meetings to sell and deliver IntaPeople services.

• Manage the complete recruitment process – from taking a client job brief to sourcing candidates, writing a compelling job advertisement, interviewing candidates and negotiating candidate offers.

What do you need to succeed?

You may possibly have experience within recruitment, sales or account management, but you will certainly possess:

• A keen desire to grow and recruit within the ever-changing and fast-growing IT market
• An inner drive for career progression
• A strong work ethic and a keenness to deliver
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• A Positive, proactive and successful attitude
• The confidence and articulacy to present at all levels.
