Job Summary:
As a University Recruitment Coordinator for The Hershey Company’s Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for recruiting support including applicant tracking and position creation, assisting with college postings to approved universities, handling high volumes of confidential candidate information, and interfacing with management as you schedule interviews. It takes a process-oriented person with a high level of business acumen to handle the details in a fast-paced environment.
