***Hybrid Position. Need to be able to commute to the Orlando Office. 3 Office days and 2 Work From Home Days***

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter shall be self-motivated, will collaborate with the management team to identify, attract and hire the right talent. This position will coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment that includes targeting and attracting candidates. Candidates will utilize and develop their talent pipeline in order to keep up with the growth of the business and staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate full-cycle recruiting expertise including, but not limited to, assisting with developing job descriptions around job specifications, updating job postings, sourcing, screening resumes conducting pre-screen interviews and filtering qualified candidates for open positions to meet the hiring needs.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide regular follow-up to hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
• Attend industry networking events and job fairs to build and maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Generate qualified candidates through traditional and non-traditional recruiting efforts.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the business and positions and effectively conduct research to gain a deep knowledge of the marketplace.
• Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment activity and status details.
• 2+ years of staffing experience in a recruiting environment (preferably A/E industry.)
• Successful track record of effective sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles.
• Ability to handle quick turnaround requests in a deadline driven environment.
• Proactive team player that can also work independently.
• Candidate must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ensure we attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
• Extensive knowledge of cold calling, passive candidate sourcing, and internet research recruiting techniques.
• Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Manage applicants through hiring and on-boarding process.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an fast paced environment with competing demands.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, long hours may be required. Must be able to travel to other offices.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work in a normal office environment.
