***Hybrid Position. Need to be able to commute to the Orlando Office. 3 Office days and 2 Work From Home Days***
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter shall be self-motivated, will collaborate with the management team to identify, attract and hire the right talent. This position will coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment that includes targeting and attracting candidates. Candidates will utilize and develop their talent pipeline in order to keep up with the growth of the business and staffing needs.
Requirements:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, long hours may be required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Must be able to travel to other offices.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to handle stressful situations, multi-tasking, and working within reasonable time constraints to meet production schedules and budgets. Will work in a normal office environment.
