Job Information
As the Executive Assistant for the Vice President, Research you will be responsible for a full range of senior and confidential administrative duties. Some of these will include managing and coordinating the final preparation of written materials related to all areas within the Research Division.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the Research Division with the public and deal daily, in person or on the telephone, with a variety of contacts. You will be frequently called upon to exercise judgment and must exercise discretion in the execution of your duties.
Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:
Completion of a Secretarial Arts or Office Administration Diploma
5-7 years of secretarial administrative experience including three years of departmental secretarial and administrative experience.
Asset
Coursework or certification in Microsoft Office and other related software
