We’re working to be the most business savvy finance professionals for small business owners. To get there, we need bright, talented, and driven people. Our accounting service line plays a dynamic role in our client’s day-to-day operations. Our clients rely on their financials in making key decisions to further develop their organizations.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to help maintain our client’s finances and scale our organization.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate proactiveness, efficiency, clear communication, and a hunger to learn. You will manage our back-office accounting staff by providing them key input in keeping client’s finances complete and accurate. You will review client’s finances to better understand their business and find opportunities to help them meet their goals. You will manage our clients by establishing a relationship and addressing their needs.
Basic Qualifications
– BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
– Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Preferred Qualifications
– QuickBooks Online Certification
– QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
– Demonstrates an ability to perform multiple tasks in an environment where priorities can change
– Alignment with our vision, mission, and core values
– Experience in working with non-profit organizations subject to audits
– Experience in developing budgeting and allocations
Working Conditions
This a part-time position (estimate: 10-20 hours per week).
