What are we looking for?
We are recruiting for a Recruiter to join our Talent Team, reporting to the Talent Business Partner, your you will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for hires Clinical Operations, which includes Allied Health professionals such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, SLT’s and Imaging caregivers to consistently deliver the best talent in the market to Cleveland Clinic London.
What will your duties include?
You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive relationship with them and providing support and guidance during the recruitment process. In a competitive market, it is imperative that you consistently ensures that candidates have a positive experience during the Cleveland Clinic London recruitment process, irrespective of outcome, and that is aligned to Cleveland Clinic London’s Values
The role will oversee candidate attraction, steer the recruitment selection process and support with a seamless transfer to post-hire compliance activity
