We are looking for the right person to join our Member Services team and undertake the following duties:
Reception duties – meeting and greeting patients, which often includes sitting at a desk for prolonged periods during a shift
Rostering of reception staff to meet practice needs
Working with a team of 4-5 Member Service Representatives

We are currently looking to fill 2 Member Services positions:
Member services options 1 & 2= Sunday – Thursday, a mix of 8 am-4 pm, 12-8 pm, 1:30-9:30 pm shifts, Weekly Team Meetings Wednesdays @12:30-2 pm (come October will switch to Mondays @1-2:30 pm). 40.5 hrs/wk (5 days, Option 1) or 32 hrs/wk (4 days, Option 2). 30-minute lunch breaks for shifts 5+ hours in length will be paid)
Option 1 (40.5 hrs/wk over 5 days/wk) Starting Base Salary= $42,120 + 4% vacation + bonus available for hitting set performance targets which equate to $48,000/year to start (the sky is the limit based on your performance!)
Option 2 (32 hrs/wk over 4 days/wk) Starting Base Salary= $33,280 + 4% vacation + bonus available for hitting set performance targets which equate to $37,000/year to start (the sky is the limit based on your performance!)

Preference will be given to an individual who possesses professional experience in a similar administrative role (especially in Health & Wellness)
