FYidoctors- Victoria Hiring for Optometric Assistant/Customer Service Receptionist at Victoria, BC Full Time

FYidoctors – Victoria – Shelbourne is looking to hire a F/T Optometric Assistant/Patient Service Receptionist at our practice in Victoria, BC. The team members will work a schedule of 35 to 38 hours per week Tuesday to Saturday .

Responsibilities

* Communication with patients face to face, by phone, and by email

• Administering pre-testing services such as Auto Refractions, Optomap, OCT, and NCT
• Customer service activities including appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
• Office administrative tasks including processing mail, filing, and faxing
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
