About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to lead our Diversity & Inclusion program globally.
Are you a results-oriented, subject matter expert, capable of quickly building relationships with business leaders, stakeholders and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)? Are you passionate about making a difference and creating a fairer, more equitable world?
If so, join us. You will be a valued and key member of the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) team within the HR organisation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the diversity and inclusion strategy, in partnership with stakeholders. Through the delivery of a range of initiatives against a strategic roadmap, the desired outcome is to create an inclusive working environment where our people are able to bring their whole authentic selves to work and where difference is leveraged as a strategic asset at all levels across the business.
What kind of work would you be doing?
Design the global D&I roadmap identifying milestones and translating them into relevant strategies, in collaboration with the business
Build strong relationships with senior leaders around the world to develop a deep understanding of the business and increase awareness of D&I as a critical business imperative.
Ensure consistency of actions across our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Act as a D&I subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, especially in the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of talent
Develop services and tools by designing processes and procedures that scale with the business
Define key performance indicators by developing metrics for core programs and processes, and track delivery against objectives.
What achievements should you have so far?
5+ years of experience in leadership roles in Diversity & Inclusion..
Experience of delivering global programs for large, cross-functional audiences in multiple countries.
Experience in program and project management.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements in recruitment, talent, and inclusion.
Experience in engaging, influencing and communicating results to senior leadership.
