Swift Health Hiring for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Surrey, BC Full Time

Our highly skilled and experienced health professionals provide assessments and treatments to assist clients overcome disability, fatigue, and pain and improve activities of daily living.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the office each day at 9 am and 5 pm
• Assist the service coordination manager in the day-to-day operations of the company, such as administrative work, customer service, etc. (communicate with therapists, clients, and vendors on a daily basis)
• Reception and front-office functions, including liaising with clients; answering calls
• Coordinate scheduling of therapists and clients
• Processing new clients and taking them through our intake process
• Create and execute our various marketing plans, social media and otherwise

Requirements:

• Strong organizational capabilities
• Exceptional communication
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Fluent English and a secondary language is an asset.
• Experience using an EMR (Oscar, Plexia, JaneApp) or CRM software is an asset; Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot.

Bonus points:

• Prior experience in health care, ICBC, WorkSafeBC, home care or community health work

Job Type: Full-time

• DCS / DEC (preferred)
