Objective:

The objective of this role is to manage the financial and accounting requirements of the company, accurately and on time, to help drive growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance, accounting, and data teams

· Deliver financial forecasts, budgets, and cash forecasting for the subscription business

· Deliver all monthly financial reports

· Manage the data team and verify the accuracy of their reports

· Manage inventory requirements and printing vendors alongside the product and book teams.

Qualifications – Required:

· BS in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related field

· 10+ years in finance/accounting with demonstrated leadership experience

· Understanding of GAAP accounting principles

· Experience with supply-chain management

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, expert in Excel

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Extremely organized, detail-oriented, adaptive, and resourceful

Qualifications – Preferred:

· MBA or similar in a related field

· CPA license

· Ecommerce experience, particularly subscription businesses

· Familiar with SQL, Tableau, Xero, Shopify, Google Analytics, and related software

Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
