In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with people at different levels of the organisation and to contribute to the success of a growing company. You will need to manage people on site and remotely, drive processes in line with KPI’s, work on continuous improvement projects and analyse data. You will be based at our site in Royston |with some flexibility to work from home|.
What you will accomplish together with us
Acting as the point of contact for all questions and tasks concerning HR Services
Ensuring that HR Service Centre provides customer-oriented, timely and quality-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders
Working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence on achieving and maintaining a customer-oriented HR service organisation
Continuously improving our processes and performance, establishing efficient solutions with further automation of HR service processes
Improving internal processes, optimising team structures and supporting your team members’ personal development
Effectively managing and leading a team |on-site and remote|
Working on additional projects, local as well as international
What will convince us
Strong HR experience, either from Shared Services or Business Partnering or HR Support
A degree or CIPD qualification are desirable
Previous management experience would be a distinct advantage
Familiarity with modern HR service centre structures within an international environment
Ability to design and operate digital HR processes
Experienced in using case | knowledge management systems and in managing the delivery of services based on relevant KPI’s
Experience in using end-to-end HR system is beneficial |ideally Workday|
Possesses strong service-oriented approach and effective communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Solutions oriented and able to use analytics | provide reports
