Title: HR Services Advisor, Temporary – Full-time Role, 35 hours per week (Until June 2023)

Salary Range: $76968.99 to $89450.98 per annum + super (subject to skills and experiences)

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career and skills through exposure to a broad range of HR practices and processes.

Your time will be spent:

• Assisting with HRIS tasks including onboarding and offboarding employees
• Supporting the business with initial advice on a range of HR disciplines
• Monitoring HR policies, processes and Award compliance
• Letter and employment agreement generation
• Working on projects and improvement initiatives
• Exposure to recruitment, learning, performance management and time and attendance

To succeed in our fast-paced environment, you’ll have experience working in a HR or shared services team, attention to detail, an eye for process and efficiency improvements and you’ll be systems savvy.
