Job Description
The FileMaker Pro (FMP) administrator will provide support, maintain and be responsible for ACN’s FMP to provide staff and students with an effective student management system. The FMP administrator will also be involved in the transition project and data migration from FMP to a new student management system. The FMP Admin will also contribute to LMS (Moodle) administration.

Essential Criteria

• Extensive demonstrated experience in administering all user-facing functions in FMP.
• Ability to read, edit, update, develop and problem-solve functions and scripts in FMP.
• Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with SQL databases and websites (HTML5 especially) and other content or student management systems.
• Experience assisting others to use software and technology tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office.
• Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
• Be able to develop support documentation to a high standard.
• Some flexibility in work hours at peak times as work demands increase.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with and support student service and education staff.

Desirable criteria:

• SQL experience.
• Experience with student management system(s) or student admission processes.
