WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Operate Lasting machines, using Good Year & other methods

Ensures quality control standards are met in his / her operations and output

Follows specifications and product standards, in adherence with expected quality

Adjusts machine settings as required and executes daily machine maintenance

Always maintains a clean and safe work environment

Recommends improvements to specs, and provides feedback on materials where appropriate

Participates in a strong quality first culture

Works in a safe manner in line with Company standards

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Strong experience in premium footwear, leather upper lasting

Good understanding of leathers, properties, grains, and risks of lasting

Strong understanding of lasting machines, their settings, and use techniques

Communicator

Positive team attitude

Experience supervising Footwear manufacturing lines, ideally leather
