• 1-5 years of working experience with ap/ar

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Monitor generic AP e-mail box, print out invoices received from vendors, forward other e-mails as needed
• Basic vouching of AP invoices (freight, utilities, etc..)
• Match up check/ACH weekly runs to related invoices
• Filing of AP check runs and backup
• Help with collections on small accounts
