We are currently hiring a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to administer financial transactions. As a billing specialist, you will work closely with our Financial Controller on all matters related to cash flow and accounts payable. The ideal candidate is skilled in financial transactions and understands the importance of accuracy and integrity. You should be able to handle a high volume of transactions and prioritize accordingly. Good communication is essential since you’ll submit progress reports during the weekdays and handle any problems that may arise. Ultimately, your goal is to make sure the financial operations run smoothly to minimize risk exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of invoices and bills.
• Process documents and payments on behalf of clients.
• Respond to all billing inquiries from clients.
• Perform cost analysis on projects submitted by clients.
• Uncover common practices among clients and share them with other specialists.
• Modify, test and maintain billing modules for the company’s software, as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $77,134.00 – $84,665.00 per year
