Carling Motors is looking for candidates who are/have:

• A friendly and confident demeanor
• Self-Motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Organized and process oriented
• Good computer skills
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience
• Automotive experience is an asset
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Book/coordinate automotive service appointments
• Manage customer comments, questions, and concerns
• Report to Fixed Operations Manager to resolve any customer concerns
• Create action plans to provide a better customer experience
• Comply with all relevant Health and Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Expected to have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.
