ULA Group Hiring for Bookkeeping Job at Queensland Full Time

ULA Group is seeking a part time / full time Bookkeeper to join our Finance
& Purchasing team located on the Gold Coast.

You will be responsible for

• Daily Bank reconciliations of multiple accounts including credit card reconciliations
• Processing of local and international suppliers’ invoices & payments; Supplier statement reconciliations
• Creditors’ trade account application process and reference check
• Maintenance of trade debtor accounts, invoicing/statement and Reconciliation
• Inter-company Loan reconciliation
• Effective communication with Sales team on debtor accounts’ status
• Assisting in foreign currency exchange and arranging payments to international suppliers
• Processing of monthly rental tasks and liaising with tenants in relation to administration matters
• In charge of property business bookkeeping, G/L accounts, banking and monitoring cash flow
• Liaison with auditors and external accountant for the property business
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintaining detailed filing system of invoices and payments
• Assisting with period-end reporting
• Ad Hoc tasks as requested

Skills and Experience

• Qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
• 3 years hands on experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management & communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with commercial accounts software,
  an ERP is preferred but not essential
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
