This role can be based in any of our main TUI Offices in Europe and offers flexible working options.

ABOUT THE JOB
Design and implement the global consistent non-volume talent acquisition approach, governance and plans on a global level, optimize the sourcing mix and continuously improve processes and procedures.
Build a professional and pro-active global talent acquisition community and elevate the capabilities of the team members
Provide guidance and advice on the business’ hiring needs and you build strong relationships with business leaders and relevant stakeholders
Contribute to and execute the employer brand strategy
Implement and enhance global talent acquisition analytics for strategy and decision making
Lead the team responsible for the selection and optimisation of technologies and vendors to support recruitment, employment branding, deployment & redeployment, on–boarding and pre–employment screening employees
Design ‘Best in Class’ candidate experience
Embed the DEI strategy in our Talent Acquisition approach
ABOUT YOU
Proven track record of creating and implementing a global consistent talent acquisition approach
Ability to build strong remote teams having a strategic mind-set and driving pro-active talent acquisition
Evidence of managing relationships with a wide range of professionals and stakeholders.
Ability to influence key decision-makers and to credibly challenge when necessary
Able to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a complex matrix organisation and manage diverse stakeholder relationships
