TERRONI INC. Hiring for Data Entry Clerk – Terroni Head Office at Toronto, ON Full Time

Terroni is seeking a full-time permanent data entry clerk / office assistant for its head office location in the downtown core. The data entry clerk will support the Accounting department.

The hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Duties:
Data entry of invoices and financial information as instructed and in accordance with established procedures.

Scan and photocopy documents.

Manage and maintain the filing system.

Retrieve data as necessary.

Qualifications:
Experience or some exposure to NetSuite accounting software preferred

Knowledge and understanding of basic bookkeeping.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability and willingness to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy

Compensation:
$47,000, plus Group Benefits.
