Position:

Accountabilities

• Ownership of vacancy Entry Level to Team Leader (up to max 12 vacancies)
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador
• Creating Job Vacancy advert (using D&I tool)
• Planning and implementation of the sourcing and role marketing strategy across a variety of channels
• Connecting with potential candidates to create a talent pool for current and future hires
• Liaising with agencies, 3rd parties were required
• Screening candidates
• Taking part in interviews with the Hiring Manager as required
• Updating Hiring Manager on recruitment progress
• Delivering feedback to candidates
• Finalise offer with Hiring Manager and offer negotiation with final candidate
• Accessing candidate applications and placing in appropriate talent pools
• Governance of right to work and GDPR regulations

Measures of Success

• Candidate Experience Satisfaction >75%
• Feedback SLA’s met
• Time to hire

Requirements:

Must have

• Previous experience within a Talent Acquisition (In-house or Agency) / B2B / Customer Facing role.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based etc) with potential talent
• Ability to develop strong stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with technology and platforms such as ATS platforms, Jira etc
• Familiar with Visa, right to work requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and spoken)
• Customer focussed
