As part of the People and CultureBranch, the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Part er program provides consulting advice and services, including end to end recruitment and selection, advertising and stake holder engagement to Council. The program is filled with passionate individuals who are committed to working together to hire, develop and retain great people. We take values seriously, look after each other, and recognise our contributions benefit our internal customers, and more broadly, the community.
You will be a core member of our Talent Acquisition tea, sourcing and screening internal and external talent to fill a variety of roles within different branches of our organisation. Working closely with our Talent lead and Talent administration officers you will develop end to end recruitment processes, within a focus on providing efficient, effective and seamless customer service to Councils hiring managers and candidates.
Partnering with our hiring managers and Human Resources Business partners to understand the role and business requirements, you will provide ongoing talent acquisition related advice, support and education to both enable a fantastic candidate experience and ensure Council is hiring the best talent available.
You will also play a key in continuous improvement initiatives and talent related projects and over over time there may also be the opportunity to further develop your career and broaden your skills by working in other areas of the P&C branch.
