The Manager, WW Education Ultrasound leads the execution of Biosense Webster internal and external programs globally. This is inclusive for internal employees and external customers, i.e.., electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, cardiac/EP lab staff, etc. This individual will support global learning continuum, learning strategies and content for targeted procedures, products, workflows, and new product introductions. The scope of responsibility is for the WW execution of cross regional events. In addition, this individual will collaborate with multiple business partners and work with WW Key Opinion Leaders on content development and support of programs.

The manager will partner with senior Biosense Webster leadership to align on priorities and global results, ensuring a high degree of content & execution consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Work with regional Education teams and business partners to build and execute sustainable programs in focus markets.
• Oversight of cross regional financial payments/tracking and cross charges by support team.
• Partner with Commercial Education and Professional Education and new technology teams to support business/marketing objectives.
• Create and support SLT Dashboard development and WW metrics
• Drives innovation in educating customers and contributes to the Johnson & Johnson Institute to build a learner centric experience in focused markets.
• Collaborate with members of the Biosense Webster leadership team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of global training programs.
• Build and execute appropriate event promotion plan using social media and other channels
• Works with procurement, legal, and other Johnson & Johnson departments on vendor selection, contracts, and statements of work to ensure adherence to company policies and that direct/outsourced projects meet Johnson & Johnson’s agreed upon expectations.
• Partners with HCC to ensure all external education programs and solutions are compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, advanced degree is preferred
• A minimum of two years of experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography in the fields of Electrophysiology and/or Interventional Cardiology is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years with delivery of Education Programs is required.
• Strong influence management and communications skills is required
• Proven track record to understand business strategy; successfully translate/execute into training that support the company’s WW business goals is required
• Ability to use and communicate metrics to measure and guide effectiveness of training to improve sales performance is required
• This position will require up to 40% domestic and/or international travel
