TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT INC Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – Philadelphia (Entry Level) Job at Philadelphia, PA Full Time

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring of employees and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialistwill be accountable for all stages of the recruitment process.

Essential Duties

• Establish and post job advertisements on job search websites
• Screen resumes for minimum qualifications using applicant tracking system to manage process steps
• Conduct phone screen and/or in-person interviews using established tools & appropriate interviewing techniques to assess eligibility & availability
• Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers
• Develop, monitor & maintain an active applicant pool of qualified candidates to create a talent pipeline to support workforce development
• Maintain positive relationship with all candidates and hiring managers
• Some travel (~20%) may be required to attend job fairs and/or branch visits
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to drive a vehicle

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Requires sitting for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer and phones
• Requires lifting up 20lb
• Requires using hands to handle, control or lift objects
• Requires repetitive movement
• Exposure to reasonable noise levels
• Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner

Education and Experience

• College degree preferred
• 6 months of staffing or recruiting experience strongly preferred
