Summary:
The System Executive Recruiter attracts and hires top talent for senior (executive) level and highly specialized positions. Builds close relationships with hiring executives to understand the business needs and develop successful candidate profiles. Provides superior client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with hiring executives to gain a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
2. Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy.
3. Map role criteria, define position description and develop candidate profiles. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. Conduct confidential interviews and reference checks. Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
4. Ensures that all communications, documentation and presentations align with the professional standards of the Executive Recruitment team.
5. Provide guidance throughout the interview process and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion. Oversee with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Professional Experience Requirements:
3 years’ experience as full cycle Recruiter handling professional and leadership positions.; experience with senior and C-suite positions is preferred. Recruiting experience in health care is preferred, including recruiting for hard-to-recruit positions or leadership positions.;

Excellent negotiation/closing skills. Excellent selling skills, both verbal and written. Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Previous database experience preferred, including candidate searching skills. Internet searching skills preferred.
