Are you passionate about helping customers find hidden value in IT assets and have experience maintaining IT Asset management toolsets?

We are looking for a dedicated, driven and business-oriented Software Asset Management Platform Administrator for our Head Office branch! You will be responsible for supporting the technical operation of IT Asset Management (ITAM) toolsets as well as custom applications developed and operated by Long View. You will provide customer support as well as prioritize enhancement requests for future programming and help grow the business by learning and developing future tools that Long View may license or develop in-house.

A Day in the Life:
Ownership of code base for proprietary applications that Long View has developed

Technical support and day-to-day maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of Long View hosted ITAM applications

Customer implementations and set up of new technologies

Provide customer support of technical questions and enhancement requests related to customer-facing applications, including working tickets and escalations through to resolution

Aid in overall customer success with ITAM Managed Services from Long View, including looking for ways to expand footprints, add value, or improve customer satisfaction

What You Bring:
Experience in deploying and configuring ServiceNow SAM Pro and/or Lansweeper

Experience with optimizing and querying SQL databases

Comfort with a programming language for updating existing code

What Makes You Extra Awesome:
Experience with API’s including comfort with leveraging data across applications

Experience with updating webpages in PHP, ASP, and VB.net

Experience with Microsoft Graph API

Experience with PowerBI

Desire to learn additional ITAM tools and pursue certifications (Snow, Device42, Aspera, Flexera, Lansweeper, etc)
