Kent Recruitment Bureau Hiring for HR Officer at Canterbury Full Time
Dedicate Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with this highly regarded and prestigious school in Kent, with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement, to appoint a HR Officer.
Working closely with the HR team, the HR Officer will ensure the delivery of an efficient, high-quality HR administrative and advisory service for the school.
The role will include onboarding of new employees, compiling HR metrics and preparing data reports as required on the HR Information System (iTrent). You will be the key contact for updating the Single Central Register, conducting DBS checks and drafting of contracts for new employees.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with strong people and technical skills, together with experience of working in a fast-paced environment ideally with an education setting.
As a solutions focused team player, you are able to adapt to changing requirements, with an ethos to deliver a professional and high standard of service that drives continuous improvement. You will have strong organisational and communications skills, able to present to a diverse range of people at all levels within the school. A collaborative team-based approach is essential.
This is an on-site, full-time post. A current Enhanced DBS check will be required.
