Bookkeeper Part-Time – Long Island Office on Various Wireless Telecommunications Projects. **The Position Offers the Exciting Opportunity for Growth and Advancement**

Complete Development Services (CDS), has a unique opportunity for a part-time Bookkeeper to join our New York team!

Position Skillset:

• 1-2 years of previous Office Administrator Bookkeeper or Coordinator experience a plus
• 1-2 years of previous QuickBooks experience (Accounts Receivable and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) a plus
• 1-2 years of previous Adobe Acrobat (scan, mark up and comment on PDFs), Excel (create and update spreadsheets), Word, and other relational databases experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and be comfortable interacting with team members, municipal planning and permitting departments
• Commitment to client and customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Outstanding planner and organizer
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, schedule driven environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and goals
• Detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to clear background and drug test

Essential Duties:

• In office point of contact
• Organize, scan and file documents
• Enter new projects or updates in Excel or other relational database tracker
• Enter Accounts Payable entries into QuickBooks
• Ensure office safety protocols are followed
• Other clerical duties as assigned (type correspondence, make phone calls, attend meetings or conference calls)

The position is a non-exempt part-time role with a competitive rate, and there may be an opportunity this could become a full-time position.
