Finance Analyst

Job Description Summary

Looking for your next step up in the Finance world? Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Client Finance Manager in managing all financial and Commercial requirements of the contract, have ownership of client reporting models and offering financial analysis and commercial insight in activity on the Microsoft Account – patterning with both internal and external clients.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Client Reporting / Financial Account Management

Provision of internal management information and reporting

Assist and take responsibility with Microsoft reporting at month end for selected countries.

To foster excellent working relationships with Facilities Management Representatives, ensuring that training is provided where necessary

Provision of a robust monthly timetable ensuring all stakeholders are aware of, and engaged in, all financial deliverables

Identify and implement process efficiencies, completed by training end users to ensure benefit shared and understood across team.

Provision of a quality control environment to ensure all submissions issued to client have been reviewed and the appropriate attention to detail applied.

Qualities and Personal Attributes:
Experience in dealing with a geographically and culturally diverse contracts

Solid planning skills capable of managing multiple task, conflicting deadlines, managing issues and providing solutions

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, very competent using all other Microsoft Office products, secure knowledge of accounting system interfaces

Track record of providing good customer service across a number of key stakeholder groups and be able to liaise confidently with Client and Senior Account Team

Qualifications preferred:
Educated to degree level in a relevant business discipline and at least Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) for minimum 2 years
