What you’ll be doing
This position will provide leadership and strategic direction in the development, integration, review, and coordination of workforce management matters across a more complex and and/or diverse Health Facility/Division or Directorate. By building effective business partnerships this role ensures the provision of workforce related services to the executive team, managers, and staff to achieve cohesive workplace relations and improve organisational performance in the provision of patient care.
This role includes membership of the Executive Team of the relevant Health Facility/Division and the opportunity for senior team involvement. It is integral in supporting organisational change through workforce and strategic planning as well as developing and overseeing workforce-related policies and programs.
A critical aspect of the role is managing any industrial issues that may arise and building effective relationships with industrial associations.
