Salary Range: $63,015.17 – $74,839.97 pro-rata per annum

Location: Administration Building, 119 – 145 Spence Street, Cairns

Primary objectives of the position:

This position is responsible for providing efficient administration support and internal customer service for the full range of HR activities including but not limited to; Recruitment, Employment conditions, Employee entitlements and benefits, Variations to employment and Separations.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Works well in a small team
• Has the ability to rapidly acquire the skills and knowledge to navigate and work within new systems and software programs
• Has worked in an environment requiring high levels of compliance with policy and procedure
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and deal appropriately with confidential information within a document management system
