Must Haves:
  • Hands on knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Concurrency, Spring framework.
  • Understanding of Microservice architecture developed using Spring Boot.
  • Experience using development and build tools, ideally: Maven, Gradle, Git, IntelliJ, Eclipse.
  • Experience of fast paced Agile working environments.
  • Understanding of TDD and proficient in writing JUnit testcases.
  • Highly motivated with the desire to explore and learn new technologies and frameworks.
  • Capacity to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

Desirable Skills:
  • Good understanding of Java 8+, Lambda, Streams, Functional Interfaces.
  • Hands on knowledge of event driven/Messaging platforms such as Kafka.
  • Proficient in JPA frameworks such as Hibernate and SQL.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Docker.
