Job Overview

As the educational program lead for projects, works with tutors, schools, teams members to establish support levels, strategy, and operational educational programs for clients.

Key responsibilities

– Designs and implements methods of assessing the performance of students;

– Undertakes the evaluation of assessments and marks based upon performance;

– Communicates and works with schools, universities closely to help clients achieve their goals;

– Serve exisiting clients and manage client relationship;

– Expands new client channels and closes new deals;

– Provides private academic, vocational and other instructions to individuals or groups;

– Update the current curriculum after a certain period to ensure that students are technologically current;

– Carry out tests to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and ensure that program objectives are being met;

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge

– Relevant degrees or the equivalent

– The ability to work as part of a team;

– Interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills;

– Problem-solving and strategic planning ability;

– Analytical skills;

– Flexibility;

– The ability to cope with pressure and challenges;

– Relevant experience in a similar advisory role, preferably in an educational system

– Ability to communicate in mandarin is a plus

About Certificate/Qualification

– Enhanced DBS Certificate

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
