Morgan Hunt Hiring for Employee Relations & Change Lead, 12 month FTC at London Full Time

This is fantastic opportunity for a senior HR professional with experience of leading change programmes to join one of the UK ‘s Housing Associations.

Reporting into the Executive Director of People you will be responsible for leading all people related merger and integration activities and for managing the People Business Partnering team.

Your key accountabilities will include:–

Developing, leading and implementing detailed TUPE processes and project plans

Ensuring the organisation meets all legislative and statutory obligations in relation to TUPE/merger activities

Providing advice and guidance on integration of all colleagues, and impact on individuals, terms/conditions and policies

Leading the scoping and scheduling of consultation meetings

Ensuring all regular and ad-hoc board and committee papers are completed to agreed timescales

Collaborating with their recognised trade union and Staff Forum throughout the integration and transition process

Partnering with Leadership Team colleagues on complex people matters and organisational change

You will be a senior HR professional with experience of managing TUPE transfers/mergers from start to finish and for designing and implementing major change programmes. Experience of managing complex employee relations issues needs to be combined with experiences of developing HR policies. You need to be MCIPD qualified.
