Westmont is looking to add dynamic and committed Recruiter to the home office team.

The recruiter is responsible for reviewing, evaluating and screening candidates for skill level, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements as for core values and culture fit.

What we need from you:

• Great customer service mentality.
• Ability to partner with operational and HR leaders to build and manage a pipeline of top talent for Westmont communities
• You will work remotely supporting hiring managers & candidates in an assigned geography.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a strong understanding of the role requirements, accountabilities, and career path opportunities for clinical positions (will include caregivers, med techs, and other front line roles)

• Prior ATS knowledge for example Ceridian or Indeed.
• Meet recruiting timelines and goals, including metrics, as established by department management

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
