InfoSend, Inc. is a transactional print and mail company. We were founded in 1996 and we continue to grow. Have you ever received a water bill or medical statement? That probably came from us! We print and mail billing statements for healthcare or local municipalities.

We are looking for an entry-level Accounting Assistant. This position acts as the client’s primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for invoicing clients based on the contract terms, conducting account research and analysis, and maintaining current and accurate aging reports by performing timely collection efforts.

The ideal candidate does not have to have experience in our industry because we will train! We want someone who is interested in getting into Accounting and eager to learn. This is position is ideal for a recent grad with an Accounting degree!

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Invoice clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Respond to client correspondence by mail, phone, or email
• Document all billing related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with Sales Team
• Update Customer file maintenance
• Perform monthly account statement reconciliations
• Update and maintain pricing database per client specifications
• Consistent follow up on past due accounts
• Other general accounting duties as assigned

• QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
• Able to keep information confidential
