BrightStar Franchising Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Remote Full Time

BrightStar Care, the nation’s leading home care and medical staffing franchisor, is continuing to grow. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be is accountable for collaborating across the enterprise to facilitate and drive business goals. Role will ensure effective, profitable, and patient-centered operations. Responsible for helping to drive adoption of the recruiting approach, talent acquisition tools and methods, and alignment with employer brand.

• Enable the strategic vision for national workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts including the development and execution of forecasting to anticipate talent needs and guide recruiting efforts to address business growth (i.e. National Accounts/Skilled).

• Evolve and continuously update recruitment marketing resources (technology platforms, collateral, web/career site, portals), allowing BrightStar Care to be recognized as the employer of choice in Home Health Care.

• Assist leadership with the adoption of programs/pilots with franchisees to help them hire, train, utilize and retain staff who are the responsible leaders in their office(s) for recruitment.

• Energize the franchisees mindset and execute training to ensure their employees possess the right skillset to join the team.

• Encourage core-value culture where people feel respected and choose to stay with the brand.

• Assist with gaining consistent and dynamic reporting to provide solutions and a deliberate mindset for continuous improvements. Extend recruitment analytics to the enterprise in order to grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruiting team.

• Assist with special projects focused on mitigating staffing gaps that impact franchisee execution

• Help increase adoption of innovative recruitment solutions by partnering with local franchisees

• Engage with key vendors for all recruitment related projects, setting targets, assessing progress and reporting.

• Report to the Sr. Director of Recruiting at BSC

• Champion Core Value Culture & Diversity: From the steps in the hiring process, content of the job descriptions, training for hiring managers, raise the bar in the selection of diverse and qualified candidates.

• Employer Branding & Networking: Aim to deliver a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and partner with franchisee teams to strengthen our brand and presence in the industry and each market.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Work with franchisee hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications (Characteristics, skills/abilities, academic)

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition processes

• Experience with job boards, ATS and other recruiting technologies

• Healthcare staff recruitment experience

• Onboarding and orientation experience

• Experience in franchising or supporting multi-unit corporate operations desired.

• Demonstrated success at utilizing alternative and innovative sourcing methods.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with leadership to define enterprise wide talent demand and development of hiring plan.

• An outstanding people leader with an engaging and approachable personality.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building rapport
• A business-minded HR professional with 3+ years of increasing responsibilities with demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture that is fast-paced, collaborative, and service-oriented.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Management or Organizational Behavior or other relevant field
• Proficiency in communication platforms (Webex, Skype, virtual, etc.) and Microsoft Office to facilitate training and collaboration

Travel Requirements

• Up to 40% or as directed based on the needs of the business, the needs of our franchisee customers, various staff or client care service needs and attending job required training and conferences.
