Oakville Swim Academy Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Oakville, ON Full Time

Customer Service Duties

Will assist with Data entry, filing, human resources, ensuring clientele satisfaction,

Opening Duties may include but are not limited to:

Unlock the building and open the pools, clean up the building, print off schedules and prepare for the day

Duties throughout the day including but are not limited to:

Taking Calls, registering clients, answering questions, Assisting Deck Supervisors, Assisting General Manager in various tasks, making sure chemical logs are up to date, responding to social media, Emails, and other various avenues of communication with clients, assisting staff with paperwork and shift coverage, may need to assist with cleaning shifts, making sure all covid protocols are met, social media and updating website when necissary

Duties end of the shift including but are not limited to:

Signing out staff, closing desk, communicating with superior, assisting Deck Supervisor to close the pool and building, locking up the facility

We are looking for someone to work during the school year, one-weekend shift (10 hrs) and 2-3 evening shifts (7 hrs) during the school year. Potential opportunity for a daytime shift as well. Training in August hours will take place between Monday – Saturday. A minimum of 20 hours of training will take place.

Candidates with swimming background, and First Aid preferred but not mandatory

Must be good working with computer programs, we are happy to train on our programs but needs to have experience and comfort working on computers.

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
