About the company: Cleanology is a dynamic and fast-growing commercial cleaning, security and facilities management company, providing professional services to offices, restaurants, retail outlets, schools and other businesses around London. The company employs 700+ staff.
About the role: A training administrator role for a personable individual with flexibility & energy. Predominantly office based role, although you will spend 20% of your time in the field at some of our VIP sites. The role requires a disciplined individual able to manage time effectively. A Spanish or Portuguese speaker is highly desirable, although any second language would be considered.

Summary:
– Induct, develop and improve a thoroughly trained workforce, from Cleaners to Supervisors
– Support the Payroll & Training Manager
– Company Administration for the Payroll & Training team
Training
– Adhere to company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications
– Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
– Complying with ISO accreditation requirements
– Perform ad-hoc site audits to assess training and development needs
– Health and Safety checks and training
– Ensure performance of cleaning operatives exceeds company and client expectations
– Manage a training portal for employees and ensure 100% completion rates within required timelines
Onboarding
– Hold regular induction / training sessions for new recruits
– Administrate onboarding paperwork
– Document checking and verification
– Creating ID Cards, and issuing uniforms
– Maintaining online filing system for new staff
General Administration:
– Comply with and uphold the values of the Company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
– Sharing of answering the phones
– Maintaining personal email inbox & shared mailboxes
– Special projects, as required and directed by the Payroll & Training Manager and HR Director
– Cover other team members when on holiday
