University of Sussex Hiring for Senior Education Manager x3 Job at Brighton, England Full Time

This is an exciting time to join the University of Sussex and play a key part in developing and leading School Professional Service teams in support of our university strategy https://www.sussex.ac.uk/strategy/

We are looking to employ three Senior Education Managers (to support the Science and Social Science school groups and the School of Media Arts and Humanities), to work closely with the School Leadership Teams, the Heads of Professional Service, and colleagues in the Student Experience Division to support and deliver School and University strategic objectives.

Driven by a continuous improvement mindset, the post-holders will work collaboratively with colleagues to build a multi-functional professional service team in support of a wide range of academic administrative activities.

These are key senior level roles acting at the interface between the school and centrally delivered services in our shared accountabilities for delivering strategic University projects and initiatives.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and experience needed to successfully lead and motivate a team. They will have experience of managing complex projects and be able to demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work effectively and flexibly under pressure will be essential.
